Not bad, but honestly the whole lightsuit thing coulda used some more introduction.

He mentioned a light suit a few pages earlier when he thought Mila had one on or something. I also like it because it helps explain his facial features. Great page.

Thanks for all the feedback. I’m calling this 75% positive. if pacing seems a bit odd, it’s because we have somewhere we’re trying to get and it’s a long way from where we are. The first step of expanding out from “the house” to “the world” is to introduce the technology.

Yah, but in public opinion 75% would be a hard win. (OTOH, is it a statistically valid sample, but let’s not get overly complex)

I just started reading your comic today and I just felt I had to put in my two cents regarding the lightsuits.
I think I understand the concept, it’s something like a full body suit that emits a field of light that reacts with something in the air or somesuch and generates a sort of holographic field around the user. The body suit acting like a motion capture device for the holograph.
Do I have that right or is it something a bit more complex? Or did I overly complicate the concept?

No you’ve got it pegged pretty close. I have some scrawled tech drawings that will be turned into a bonus page at some point in the near future. Although it’s not a full-body suit, rather it’s a set of projector-points… it’ll make more sense when we draw it out.
Interesting that a piece of tech peripheral to the plot has generated so much speculation…
