You should do some work on your human anatomy. Pick up an anatomy book or even something like a How to Draw Manga book, just something that will help you get a feel for how the human body is put together. Right now the proportions are all out of whack. The redhead’s head is way too small for her body and her breasts are about level with the top of her belly button. And the couch potato’s arms are unnaturally long. The elbow usually only extends a few inches past the end of your sleeves, not a foot out.
The drawing has potential, but you should really spend some time polishing your work.

What he said. You have potential here, you just need a boatload of practice. They look like somthing *I* would draw, and that is not a good thing. So… practice. You are doing good so far, keep it up!
